Calf Raises with Soccer Ball Between Medial Malleoli
Directions: Place a soccer ball between your ankles just above your medial malleoli (bumps on the inside of your ankles). Brace your hands on a wall or counter-top for balance. Raise up onto your toes as high as you can while cupping the soccer ball between your legs.
