Fire Hydrants with Progressions
Directions: While holding onto a stable surface, stand on one leg and bend the other hip and knee slightly. Lift the bent leg out to the side as a dog would urinate on a fire hydrant. Make sure your leg is not turned too far outward or inward either direction. This exercise can be progressed by adding a theraband or standing on one leg without a stable surface.
