Seated with Arms on Pillows Cervical AROM (Flex/Ext/SB/Rot)
Directions: While sitting with your arms supported on pillows, maintain an upright posture move your head up and down in a pain-free range completing the repetitions for that direction. When those motions have been completed, maintain a slight chin tuck and turn your head left and right as if looking over your shoulder and complete those repetitions, in a pain-free range. Once that has been completed, bend your head to the left and right as if bringing your ear to your shoulder completing those repetitions, in a pain-free range.
