Seated with Arms on Pillows Shrug with Scapular Retractions
Directions: With your arms resting on pillows and maintaining an upright position, shrug your shoulders up towards your ears. While maintaining the shrug position, squeeze your shoulder blades together. Return to the starting position. Make sure you maintain a slight chin tuck throughout the exercise.
