There is no doubt that single leg strength and control is vital for any athlete. Especially when recovering from any lower body injury and returning to sport, the athlete must have the control and strength for their sport. But how many of us test this? For me, the single leg step down, the lunge with arm drivers, and single leg hip bridge are my tests. However, always expanding the knowledge base is important in this field.
