The Essential Reading List is another excellent resource to check out when you want another way to further your knowledge.
The link to Eric Cressey's Resources page is unbelievable. He lists everything from free websites to books, to DVDs, to webinars. Best of all he categorizes all of the sections in his resources page. Just to name a few of the sections: strength development, fat loss, functional anatomy, corrective exercise, business, and much more. It is a very well done, complete overview for those interested in sports physical therapy, strength and conditioning, general wellness, and business. I cannot stress enough how great of a resource Cressey's website is, he really gives a complete overview of many topics associated with what this section is all about. Check it out.
