Directions: Lie on your back with your knees bent. Lift your bottom upwards towards the ceiling and make sure to not arch your back. Maintain the same knee position with your feet apart. This exercise can be progressed by placing a theraband around your knees to maintain hip abduction or by placing the feet on an elevated surface.
